And one thing is certain, you will never find customer services or other staff here that are anything except professional, friendly people that are here to make your life better.

These staff are here to help. Think of it this way, when did you last get a call from your old supplier checking on how your equipment is working and whether you need support? Or guess here at radio Shopper is that those old suppliers never do... but here it's different. Our staff are diligent in ensuring our customers are not 'just another customer' but rather someone that we want to help.

And if you are looking for other additive products we can take a look and offer the best advice to ensure that you don't end up with the wrong equipment.
Please don't assume we'll pester anyone, that's not our objective, our calls are over periods of time and not every other day!
