Hytera is a Chinese company that started back in 1993. Their philosophy is creating good value communications two way radios for most business sectors. They are an innovative company and have created a large number of handsets that are suitable for most business and safety orientated uses.

All of these methods are used throughout the communications business today, so Hytera are focused in the area of current technology.

So Hytera certainly offer equipment that offers current technology and is made to a good standard for a reasonable price. But because of that extensive range already mentioned it could be confusing to choose the best suited handset for your exact needs. Of course if you are involved enough to understand the models then that task would be easier. But there are so many customers that simply can't understand the jargon and they might well choose products that are not what they really need for their communications. Hytera do actually make the handsets and that's a good thing, the equipment is made using the most efficient method of manufacture, and the reasonable pricing of their wireless radios is partly a reflection of modern technology manufacturing techniques. So should you consider Hytera communications products? If you don't mind a continual flow of newer models and models that will become obsolete (maybe the models you buy?) then Hytera are a fair enough consideration to build your communications systems on. Hytera, like most brands also offer lone worker features that are always worthy of consideration for safety and security tasks.
