Hytera PD365LF Two Way Radio

The Hytera PD365LF PMR446 license free UHF two way radio is a sleek and very nice looking two way radio. There is a second model, the PD365-UHF which is licensed if you need a relatively clear communication without others appearing on your 'licence free channels'.

This is a relatively low cost 2 way radio that is quite affordable for most customers. And its good to know hat Hytera made this handset both analogue and digital in one so great for moving to digital from the older analogue systems. Small design and light weight make this suitable for many business styles. If you're looking for a smart looking unit in retailing, hospitality or even education use this might be for you.

And Hytera made the handset compliant with the ETSI mobile radio standard. Frequencies are expanded a little on this device as follows:

UHF 400-450Mhz or 430-480Mhz

Notice the integrated antenna which is small and that makes the radio easy to use compared to some handsets.

Battery life is not as long as some Hytera radios but this wireless radio can achieve up to 12 hours of use in digital mode with a 5/5/90 duty cycle.

The PD365 is small, but is manufactured to MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F/G

And the transmit power of the walkie talkie radio is either settable to 1.5W or 3W.

This handset is generally suited towards customers that don't need a licensed walkie talkie and if you do need a fully licensed unit, surprisingly Hytera do make those too, so whatever best fits the needs then Hytera has you covered.
