You see, we go back a long
way. We remember back in the early 90's when there were
(and still are) companies selling radio equipment that
somehow all had the very same pricing for the equipment
on sale, and you either paid the price or did not buy.
Scarily it was all backed up with some manufacturers.
While those times have partially changed, Radio Shopper
decided to bust open those sort of organisations and we
really did create some issues for those types of
companies. In some ways buying wireless equipment has
changed, but now often you're dealing with companies
(some don't even have a bricks and mortar address on
their website!) that like to NOT want to talk to
customers.

But that's never been the case with us. Our company has a few trading names, but that's just for internet purposes. We love to work with good companies and today we supply many of the largest UK companies and work as a real partnership with them. We offer a pro-active role where we can advise, handle problems, as well as offering exceptional pricing (depending on quantities, but always fair pricing) for genuine channel products, so that later on customers lose warranty through grey imported equipment... which is commonplace in the UK these days.
