Kenwood NX-1200/1300 Two Way Radios

Kenwood is well known for their high quality and often brilliant audio - and those features are perfect when applied to two way radios for business use. Digital and analogue.

Kenwood has an entry level wireless radio for business use that can integrate with older solutions for communications, but at the same time offering a number of operating modes such as analogue, DMR (digital), NXDN operating on FM analogue. Kenwood has developed a particularly flexible device that can address most regular business communications.

There are a number of models in the range such as the NX-1200 and the NX-1300 and each model offers different operational use in the VHF or UHF bands. These radios are very reliable and robust thus standing up to the general wear and tear of every day business radio use.

These communications handset portables offer lone worker and man down features. There are voice announcements, as well as a remote stun/ kill/check options available. Note that these radios require a licence to operate in the UK and we can handle that application for you if required. We only charge cost price for the licence.

The device serial number is electronic (known as ESN) and various models are either IP54 or IP55. As you can see, this series has a display on-board, that's LED and has a high contrast backlit display for excellent readability.

Power output is dependent on the frequency of use and whether licensed or otherwise as specified by OFCOM in the UK. There are VHF and UHF handsets available in the range as stated above.
