SSA Call Point SyncroVision

The new SSA radio call point from SyncroVision offers a custom design call point for use either in retailing or can be used for first aid or other emergency call in most on-site communications. The SSA unit uses regular two-way radio technology and does not need Bluetooth or Wi-Fi systems to operate. Range is extensive and will cover most sites easily. If you need to call staff or if there is an emergency then these SSA devices are an excellent choice.

Importantly, if necessary we can supply custom designs also at extra cost, as sometimes aesthetics can be important.

When used with SyncroVision SV-10 (version 2) radio headsets you have a perfect system for first class operational communications whether to customers or in any emergency situation for fast response times.

The SSA system is simple to use and has some unique features. Once the call point button has been pressed, a custom message is sent to staff and/or groups either to the SV-10 headset or to other radios (as the radios are compatible).

This message is a voice message and is fully Customisable for the exact message you need. Staff can quickly respond immediately and most importantly to the correct location. When a staff member arrives they can easily cancel the call to other staff via the SSA unit.

The message recorder can be purchased separately for integration in to other systems, and connectivity is easy in to both analogue and digital two-way radio and walkie talkie systems. Ask for details.

The SSA transmitter stations are simple to install, are designed for longevity and suitable for long term use.

Using the SSA system improves customer service and productivity, and of course in an alternate emergency type of service can save lives.
